Do you dare to shine more than just get by? The sacred union of soul and strategy

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself who you would be without all those layers you’ve built up to survive and get by? We’ve been taught to believe that a tough shell and a narrow focus are the conditions for success. But what if your true power lies where you dare to shed your armor and let your soul take its rightful place—without trying to fit into boxes defined by others?

The Sacred Union of Soul and Strategy

In the sacred union of soul and strategy, we move from the realm of mere survival to true flourishing. At the VoimaNaiset seminar at Vaasa City Hall on March 27, we’ll embark on a journey of discovery into what matters most: your courage to live, love, and lead as your own, multifaceted, independent self. Surrendering to the vibration of your unyielding soul, which is just waiting for your permission to become visible.

But why am I talking about this? Because my cracks are proof: when light enters, it transforms every scar into a possibility. Our traumas do not only produce pain, but also the power of post-traumatic growth, which makes the impossible possible by inviting light in.

A CV of Life: Strength Born of Experience

I am Mira Rinne, a 35-year-old Life and Business Empowerer, visionary, soulful strategist, and international serial entrepreneur who brings humanity to the table with 23 years of experience. My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 12, when I created a safe haven for myself from brutal school bullying by blogging in Finnish and English—and at the same time, I was helping to build the current influencer marketing industry alongside other incredible visionaries.

Entrepreneurship has been my home, where I’ve been able to grow and flourish. But it has also required the courage to face myself in the mirror even when life has hit me harder than anyone could have expected. Life has taught me the hard way that hope has a chance to be born where the pain is greatest. I have been able to grow into who I am thanks to all my experiences (note: not in spite of them):

I am a three-time cancer and burnout survivor, and I have overcome many other hardships as well. I experienced school bullying from the age of 6 until my early 20s, which led to anorexia and severe depression in elementary school. I fantasized about suicide every day, and at age 16, I decided to go through with it—until a real-life guardian angel stopped me. I was first diagnosed with cancer at age 18 while in high school, and a second time at age 22 as the mother of a 1.5-year-old child. After that, I felt a rush to start fulfilling my dreams, which led me to end up in a psychiatric hospital twice within a short period due to exhaustion—and during my first stay there at age 22, I also experienced sexual violence. I was diagnosed with cancer for the third time at age 28, and as a result, I had to learn everything from scratch, including how to speak and walk. At age 31, exhausted by the cancer, I ended up in a psychiatric hospital for the third time, which turned out to be a healing experience. In addition, I have faced infertility, and many other experiences have shaped my life.

I’m sharing my own story to remind you that nothing is impossible and that you can get through anything. These experiences have taught me the essence of post-traumatic growth. They do not define me as a victim; rather, they have given me the ability to help others find the light where it seems to have been lost.

Post-traumatic growth means exactly that: positive changes you can experience as a result of a difficult life crisis or trauma. It doesn’t mean that the suffering you experienced was a good thing, but that as a result, you’ve found new perspectives and resources. However, it’s important to remember that, like everything else in life, post-traumatic growth isn’t the same experience for all of us.

When it comes to trauma and adversity, it’s also extremely important that you seek help in time—you don’t have to, and you shouldn’t, cope or manage on your own.

When Your Niche Is YOU - The Power of Opposites

Throughout my career, I’ve often been told that I don’t fit into any specific “niche”—that is, a market segment—and that this is why I won’t succeed. Oh, how wrong they were. That’s why here is my heartfelt strategy for you—especially if you’re a multipotentialite like me: Your niche is YOU.

You can’t—and shouldn’t—be everything to everyone, but you have permission to be everything that you truly are. You can be, all at once...

  • A tough professional and a sensitive artist.

  • An analytical strategist and an intuitive soul.

  • A vulnerable survivor and a confident leader.

  • A businesswoman in heels and a wild child at an amusement park.

  • Fragile in the grip of a migraine and unstoppable in the spotlight.

You can be both the person who devises ruthlessly tough strategies and the one who cries with joy while watching the sunset. These opposites don’t clash; instead, they complement each other. When you accept this diversity within yourself, your niche becomes something no one can copy: Your own, imperfect yet radiant humanity. And that is your greatest superpower and the guarantee of your authenticity.

In my talk in Vaasa, we won’t just “unlock your potential,” but we’ll let your soul shine from its original vitality—inviting your nervous system to come home. Because where there is genuine joy and laughter, there also lies a success that no Excel spreadsheet can match.

That’s why I’ve stopped trying to fit into boxes defined by others. I have come to understand that my flaws are not obstacles, but rather part of my expertise and strength.

But how does one do that in practice? How does one dare to live, love, and lead on one’s own timeline—even when it’s scary?

I’ve created a soulful recipe for success just for this. It’s not a traditional to-do list, but a sacred union of soul and strategy that gives you permission to be your whole self—lights and shadows alike.

I’ll reveal the full ingredients and steps of this recipe at the Vaasa City Hall on March 27 at the VoimaNaiset event. If you feel ready to shed the armor of performance and rediscover your own sparkle, join us. Let’s do something together that will make the entire room (and your nervous system) vibrate on a whole new level.

My life’s mission is to empower people and companies around the world to create a life that is uniquely their own and meaningful, using soulful strategies. A warm welcome to an empowering journey toward your own unique (work) life at the VoimaNaiset Seminar in Vaasa on March 27, 2026!
